Meet the founder

Miji Lee is a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for yoga and mindfulness practice. She has been dedicated to her own practice since her 20s in Seoul, South Korea, where she first discovered the transformative power of yoga. Her personal experience with burnout from graduate school and work led her to find solace in yoga, and yoga has become her sanctuary ever since. Miji leads her classes with intention, carefully sequencing mindful movements with breathwork and an artfully curated playlist. Her goal is to inspire her students to engage in deep conversations with their body, mind, and soul, and ultimately with life itself. She is committed to ensuring that every person who steps off the mat feels connected to their Higher Self, community, and the universe from a place of abundance and stillness.
